Spacious room, spacious suite with breathtaking panoramic views of the city and a convenient location just a short walk from multiple subway lines to explore various attractions.

    Everything was superb.

I had the worst time at this hotel. Our room wasn't ready at check-in, the furniture was ancient, and I had to wrangle for basic stuff like breakfast and toiletries. It felt more like a budget motel than a four-star place!

Location is stellar, right across from the 9/11 memorial. The elevator service was frustrating, often taking ages. The views from my room were exceptional. I wish the staff had been a bit more responsive to requests.

The views from high floors are stunning, especially overlooking the Oculus and 9/11 Memorial. The rooms feel outdated and cleanliness could be improved. Service at the front desk was slow during check-in, which was frustrating.

The view from the 42nd floor is simply stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there's a metro station right outside.

The elevator situation is a bit iffy.

The corner king room was spacious and had stunning views from two large windows. The temperature control was effective, maintaining a comfortable climate throughout my stay. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep. the lack of a microwave or mini fridge limited our ability to store leftovers from nearby restaurants. Despite the room's overall comfort, the bathroom appeared slightly tired, although it was clean and functional. The noise level was minimal, creating a calm atmosphere. The lobby staff was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth.

Great hotel with friendly staff. The concierge service was amazing, offering helpful recommendations. The location was very nice, close to the metro, with high-floor rooms boasting fantastic views.

Our room was filthy, with stained furniture and a dirty couch. The room stank of cigarette smoke upon arrival, causing discomfort during our stay.

Rooms are spacious with comfy beds. Housekeeping provides fresh towels daily and keeps everything clean.

It wasn't inexpensive, but the experience was worth it.

Location is prime-right across from the 9/11 Memorial and Oculus. Views from the 53rd floor were spectacular. the room was a letdown. Stained carpet, musty odor, and an outdated decor made the space feel more like a motel than a high-rise. Miscommunication on parking and misleading billing practices were frustrating. Amenities, including the bar and restaurant, were closed for two consecutive visits-this needs addressing. The TV was a challenge, and extra charges were perplexing. While the bed was comfortable, the suite I booked was not as pictured. I may return, but significant upgrades are essential for a better experience.

I had an amazing time as the hotel is just a few steps from the 9/11 Memorial and One World Observatory, making it easy to explore the rich history of Manhattan and enjoy breathtaking views from the top floors, plus shopping and local dining options like Majestic Pizza and Nobletree Coffee are within a short walk; the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean, but the soundproofing could use a little improvement to block out street noise.

Enjoyed sipping cocktails at Liquid Assets with live music - felt like Gatsby! Got a killer workout with an excellent view at the fitness center. Loved being steps away from the subway stops - made my glamorous adventures around the city a breeze!

Millennium Downtown New York boasts a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The views from higher floor rooms are impressive, but the hotel itself needs attention, with outdated furnishings and inconsistent service, which detracts from its potential as a top-tier stay.

Let's start with the positives , the spacious room and the amazing view were definitely a highlight. It was so nice to have a roomy space to relax in and to be able to take in a breathtaking view. there were quite a few areas that could use some improvement. For starters, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The hotel felt neglected and old, with visible wear and tear that made it feel not as clean as it should have been. The lack of facilities like a mini bar and unreliable WiFi also added to the disappointment. One major issue was the communication prior to check, in , it was absolutely horrible. I was promised multiple times that I would receive an email with an authorization form, but it never came until after I had already checked out. This lack of follow, through and commitment really left a bad impression. the problems with billing were a headache. Being debited extra money on the first day and then facing a lack of communication and resolution from the hotel staff was frustrating and disappointing. It was a hassle trying to get a refund and dealing with unhelpful employees. the staff members I did interact with were super polite and helpful. They tried their best to address issues promptly, like when there was noise disturbance from a neighboring room. Antonio at the reception deserves a shoutout for understanding and helping to improve the room situation. while the location was convenient and the view was stunning, the cleanliness, communication, and billing issues definitely put a damper on the stay.

The location is unbeatable, with subway stations just steps away and a stunning view of the World Trade Center. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the concierge staff were helpful and friendly. my experience was marred by long elevator waits and a lack of cleanliness in several rooms. Issues like not getting a response for lost items and unhelpful front desk staff overshadowed the positives. While the gym was impressive and the junior suite layout worked well for our family, the overall management felt lacking amid its potential.

Location was great, very central, we could easily walk to many spots. The staff was friendly and the bar was a nice place to relax and have a drink after a long day of sightseeing.

Our room was disappointing, not what we expected from the pictures. The old hotel had cleanliness issues like a dirty coffee machine, sticky substances in the bathroom, and worn-out furniture.

I had a great experience at Millennium Downtown. Cynthia provided excellent customer service during check-in, and Rosa took great care of our room. the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and I enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. the lobby was welcoming, and the location was convenient for shopping and attractions.

Could not be improved in any way 🙁

We chilled at South Street Seaport, vibing and snapping dope pics. Then hit up Staten Island Ferry Whitehall Terminal, fun AF with amazing views! Lit vacay vibes with my squad. 🌆🚢

TBH, we wished for a hip rooftop bar to turn up with cool peeps and party vibes.

Near the South Street Seaport, we enjoyed exploring the historic ships and trying local seafood. The Staten Island Ferry Whitehall Terminal was great for views of the Statue of Liberty. Convenient and family-friendly activities right at our fingertips.

For dads, more kids' activities would be great.
